Our academic director, Mr. Basanta Tandan, leads our team. He is a highly respected academic and administrator who has years of experience in the hospitality industry. Basanta Tandan is a visionary leader who is dedicated to providing our students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the global marketplace.
Aadarsha School Of Management Team members work alongside Mr. Tandan, and each brings a unique expertise and perspective to the classroom. They hold advanced degrees in their respective fields, and many have extensive industry experience. They strive to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
In addition to our faculty, we also have a team of dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure that our students have the resources and support they need to succeed. Each member of our team, including our admissions team and career counselling staff, is dedicated to providing our students with the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.
